Harold’s Brasserie & Bar takes its name from Harold Dawson.
Originally trained as a master butcher in Yorkshire, Harold later served as a chef in the RAF during the Second World War before purchasing The Pandora Hotel in 1974.
More than 50 years later, the hotel remains family owned and operated by two of Harold’s grandsons.
The values Harold brought to the Pandora – warm hospitality, pride and attention to detail continue to inspire Harold’s today.
